PERSONAL TRAINING:

With DSN it’s all about quality versus quantity.

 

Personal Training is the closest equivalent to our group sessions with one exception: quicker and more precise results.

 

Programs completely customized to meet your unique goals, physical challenges, and needs. This route is especially convenient for those with very busy-fast paced schedules.

 

Personal sessions allow you to train when you want and for how ever long you want without catering, or compromising with others availability. 

 

*We usually recommend no more than an hour at a time.*

 

One hour with us will not only be challenging but very effective.

 

GROUP TRAINING:

 

DSN offers a Group Training option which has a bit less intensity than the personal sessions; however, don’t be fooled, you will be encouraged to push the limits in your fun group environment.

 

Group Training is a great option for those who are either just beginning to train, or, those who prefer a “social” or “team motivating” approach to physical fitness and nutrition.

 

This option is definitely more affordable and a great way to begin or renew your body wellness lifestyle.

 

This also works well for our clients who are a bit more open in their schedules and who don’t have exact physical and nutritional goals prior to joining DSN.

  

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING AND SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING:

 

Every serious athlete knows what it takes to succeed and rise above their competition. However, many aren’t aware of how to do it.

 

How can I condition my body for a specific sport?

 

DSN offers intensive, focused, integrated training to build strength in core areas specific to your sport; transforming your body from above average, to an elite athlete, competition ready.

As athletes we know the importance of things like injury prevention, enhanced strength and flexibility, DSN trainers use a variety of training methods and techniques taken from a wide array of sports education, to fine tune our athletes for their competitions.

 

DSN trainers analyze the athletes strengths and weaknesses, including your specific desires as an athlete to produce a training regiment that will take you to the next level.

 

We are passionate about helping you to break whatever barrier has been capping your results and performance.

 

Diet and nutrition are the basic building blocks to any training program, and is especially vital in a program specific regiment.

 

This program is perfect for the “off season” athlete, or, can be a great added benefit to aide training during the season as well.

 

MARATHON, RACE, AND EVENT TRAINING:

 

(Our personal favorite) For the veteran racer, or, for those who have a desire to  finish a major marathon, triathlon, race, or similar long distance endurance event.

 

With the experience and knowledge of our staff, we make these dreams a reality.

Attempting events like these are often very intimidating.
